Nomoon Studio is an independent design and consulting studio based between Los Angeles, California, and Tulum, Mexico. We work with hospitality businesses on the things that move them forward.
Our team is made up of strategists, creative thinkers, and designers who understand hospitality from the inside. We have worked across markets in California, Mexico, Italy, and beyond, and we bring that perspective to every engagement.

Betty Nguyen
Founder & CEO, Nomoon Group
Betty Nguyen is the Founder and CEO of Nomoon Group, a platform spanning travel, hospitality partnerships, and global collaborations. Her work focuses on building relationships across destinations, brands, and operators, with an emphasis on thoughtful, design forward experiences and long-term partnerships.
Based in Los Angeles, she works closely with hotels, tourism boards, and partners across the United States, Mexico, and Europe, while expanding relationships internationally across emerging markets.
At Nomoon Studio, Betty brings that same emphasis on intentional growth and strategic partnership to AI integration, marketing, and travel design.
Crystal Clark
Partner, AI Systems
Crystal is a senior engineering manager with a background in design systems, currently leading design systems work at a major technology company. Her focus is on building consistent, reliable systems that hold up at scale.
At Nomoon Studio, Crystal leads AI systems and integration, applying her engineering background to help hospitality brands adopt AI tools that fit how they actually operate.
Connie Chang
Creative Partner, Hospitality Marketing
Connie brings twenty years of marketing experience to Nomoon Studio, with a track record of building customer communities and advocacy programs at brands including Facebook, Yelp, Doordash, and Autodesk.
She leads hospitality marketing engagements at the Studio, applying her expertise in community building, influencer strategy, and customer advocacy to help hospitality brands grow the right kind of following.
Severin Nesselhauf
Partner, Operations & Growth
Severin is a growth strategy and GTM executive who has built revenue engines from early stage to IPO and through acquisition. His career has spanned enterprise organizations across the US and Europe, with experience at BCG X and a focus on scaling go to market functions that drive measurable growth.
At Nomoon Studio, Severin leads operations and growth strategy, applying his experience scaling enterprise organizations to help hospitality brands build the systems and processes that support sustainable growth.
